Our General Conditions of Sale

Booking conditions:

- To confirm your reservation, we will ask you to pay 50% at the time of booking.

- that you can pay directly with your bank card (most cards are accepted) on a secured site.

- the balance is to be paid on arrival.

Internal regulations

- You can find here the internal regulations, that apply for the rooms, the swimming pool, and all common areas. We expect that will respect them, for the best comfort and security of all.

- The Bastide is a non smoking area. But you can smoke in the gardens.

Cancellation Policy:

- We offer you a "moderate" cancellation policy, which gives you the possibility to cancel - free of charge - up to 14 days before your arrival date.

- in this case, we will refund the amount of the deposit paid, on the same card that was used for payment.

Anti-covid 19 health measures :

- Masks and hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal

- government measures followed in the villa and common areas

- reinforced hygiene measures in the cleaning and ventilation of the rooms
